What You Can Expect

Every person presents differently, which is why every rehabilitation plan should too.

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment to understand your symptoms, identify contributing factors, and discuss the management options most appropriate for your presentation.

From your very first consultation, you'll receive:

  • A thorough physiotherapy assessment

  • A clinical diagnosis where appropriate

  • An explanation of your condition and contributing factors

  • An individualised rehabilitation plan

  • Advice on activity modification and load management where required

  • Ongoing progression based on your response to rehabilitation

Our aim is to provide you with a clear understanding of your condition and a structured plan to support your recovery.

Physiotherapy for More Than Sporting Injuries

Although SurfEdge has a strong focus on sports physiotherapy, many of our patients simply want to move without pain and return to everyday activities.

We regularly assess and manage:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Knee injuries

  • Hip pain

  • Running-related injuries

  • Tendon pain

  • Muscle strains

  • Balance and vestibular disorders

  • Concussion

  • Persistent musculoskeletal pain

  • Exercise rehabilitation following injury

Whether your goal is returning to work, walking comfortably, getting back to the gym, or competing in sport, rehabilitation is always tailored to your individual goals.
