About Us
At SurfEdge Physiotherapy, we believe physiotherapy should be more than just injury treatment - it should be about optimising movement, preventing injuries, and helping you perform at your best. Whether you're an athlete pushing for peak performance, recovering from an injury, or looking to stay active and pain-free, we are committed to providing expert care tailored to your needs.
With a strong background in sports physiotherapy, we have worked with athletes at both Australian and international levels, supporting them through high-performance demands, injury rehabilitation, and competition preparation. Our experience extends across a wide range of sports, from surf lifesaving and endurance sports to team-based and strength-focused disciplines. No matter your level, we bring the same commitment to helping you move well, stay strong, and recover effectively.
We take the time to get it right. Our comprehensive initial consultations allow us to fully assess your movement, identify the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction, and develop a treatment plan that delivers real results. Whether you need hands-on therapy, tailored rehabilitation, or a structured performance program, our approach is always evidence-based and focused on your specific goals.
Our services include:
- Sports injury rehabilitation – Acute and chronic injury management for all levels of sport
- Performance enhancement – Movement optimisation, strength programming, and injury prevention
- Post-surgical rehabilitation – Structured recovery plans to help you regain strength and mobility
- General musculoskeletal physiotherapy – Treatment for pain, stiffness, and movement limitations
We work with athletes and active individuals across all sports, from competitive professionals to those simply looking to move better in daily life. Whether you're dealing with a recent injury, managing ongoing niggles, or striving to improve your performance, our goal is to help you recover, perform and excel.
At SurfEdge Physiotherapy, we don’t just treat injuries, we help you move with confidence, stay injury-free, and reach your full potential.
